Who We Are:

The Good In Company, aka "Good InC." is a Social Enterprise and Development Think Tank, is a boutique consultancy, designed by nature is to inspire, drive co-create the business of good deeds.
We are a cause based benefits corporation, and work with select private and public foundations symbiotically for the greater good of humanity.
Our hybrid business model, allows Good InC. to have scope and reach specifically within the "Third Economy."

Good InC.'s approach in "Social Enterprise Strategy and Consulting" is designed to inspire business development activities which have an underlying aim of benefiting social infrastructure and economic growth. As such, our managing consultants are guided by an ethos of being agents for "Practical Altruistic Change."
Our value proposition delivery model is that of a "collective" of consultants, private and non-private organizations working for the common good in humanity.
Through our qualified business associates network, we design innovative, convenient and cost effective solutions, which leverage technology and collaboration as the key delivery medium; while creating reasonable value for stakeholders.

Good InC.'s practical methods allow for free business trade, within the ecosystem of associates and organizations, who in principle agree to "profit pledge" a portion of net commissions to select noble causes.
A requirement for participations is a sincere desire to promote smart business and philanthropic activities that have a meaningful and measurable social impact as a by-product, in addition to following "Principles for Social Responsible Investment."
As a guide to this end, we employ a "Goodness Index" in all business activities which run under the company banner.

These are the "Good Principles of Business" which are ethical imperatives and included in our company constitution.

Good Purpose :

Our purpose, is to promote, inspire and drive business transaction that contribute 5 to 50% of commission to the Social-Business Ecosystem. Our purpose of contributing to the greater good of humanity comes before politics and personality. In being united in cause, we are strong in effect.

The Greatest Good Clause:

To contribute the greatest good, to the greatest number of sentient individuals and organizations. By providing the most innovative and cost effective solutions for the social development Triangle in our business mandates when engaged in Good Business Practices.
Efficiency and effectiveness are our hallmark guiding principles when engaged in affairs of consultancy. Behavioural economics are the underlying theory which guides our actions.
If transaction are gaged through this scientific perspective, we can expect to have the greatest impact on the greatest number of investors. Social Return On Investment (SROI), is the goal in every transaction.

It Takes Giving to Give Giving :

It pays to give, for all members and beneficiaries. Every individual and origination are expected to give back. Both benefactors and beneficiaries are encouraged to take the "Twelve and Twelve Challenge."
Benefactors, are encouraged to give twelve hours of community service or something of equal or greater value. For beneficiaries, this means twelve hours of community service, and/or educational training.

Good Integrity In Public and Private Communication :

In order to adhere to conscious business practices, all discussions, are strictly confidential, that a blanket non-disclosure is applied. In order to be a part of any social solution, i.e. a business or public partnership transaction which will provide a benefit to the "Good InC. Collective" we must be privy to the problem, and allow potential contributors to open and honest, without fear of loss of intellectual property, business intelligence reprisal from third party's oversight.
We as Good InC. members, must be objective in our recommendations towards solutions that will benefit society, that society's common good outweighs individual or organizational interests.

MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP

Mr. Ray Goodell
Business & Anthropology
Executive, Program Developer

Mr. Ray Goodell, originally U.S. Native, with experience in the civil service, Public Management, Political Science, Business and Medical Anthropology fields.
He is the founder of the CSI division within the organization. Mr. Goodell is passionate about Strategic Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship as well Cause Based Marketing.
Mr. Goodell, is also involved in Corporate Finance and Consulting, as the founder Develco's CSI/R Impact Investing Division and Founder of Good-In-Company, a "Thank Tank "consultancy, whose purpose is to facilitate a collaborative approach in social enterprise strategy and a consulting, designed to inspire and co-create business development activities which have an underlying aim of benefiting social infrastructure and economic growth.
His areas of expertise include:

Mr. Goodell is also passionate about public speaking and is a Toastmaster, serving as the Vice President for Dainfern Toastmasters.

Ms. Thule Mdletshe

As one of the founding members of the organization, Ms. Thule Mdletshe areas of expertise include; strategy - looking at both corporate and customer strategy, Business Modeling and Development, as well as Project Management.
While running the business, Ms. Mdletshe is also involved with Barclays Africa Group as a Customer Experience Specialist, where her current role involves entrenchment of Customer Centric Culture through design and implementation of Customer Experience Strategy for Business Banking customer, utilizing the voice of customer insights; embed outside-in approach and principles within Business Bank when designing customer initiatives.
She also has extensive experience in business development within the emerging and advanced markets, with specific focus to the pharmaceutical industry and the fast moving consumer goods business area. Thule also served within The Mvula Trust Board of Trustees, as a member for Programmed and Policy Committee.
